1. Acceptance

By accessing or using AgentCourier (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your API keys and credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or phishing messages;
• distribute malware or attempt to compromise any system;
• harass, threaten, or impersonate others;
• violate applicable law or the rights of third parties;
• evade rate limits, reverse-engineer, or abuse the API.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you send and receive through the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (such as storing, transmitting, and processing your messages on your behalf).

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentCourier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required to protect the Service or its users.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and notify you where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
