AgentCourier (“we”, “us”) provides an API-first email platform. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information we collect

• Account data. Email address, name, and authentication identifiers when you sign up.
• Email content. Messages, attachments, and metadata you send and receive through the API.
• Usage data. API requests, timestamps, IP addresses, and error logs for operating and securing the service.
• Billing data. Processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use data

We use the information above to deliver and improve the service, authenticate users, prevent abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not use the content of your emails to train machine learning models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting, email transport, and payment processing), and when required by law. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.

5. Retention

We retain account and email data for as long as your account is active. You may delete inboxes, messages, or your entire account at any time. After deletion, residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period before being purged.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, scoped API keys, and standard access controls. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to the contact address below.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date.
